Yes. You supply a working public link; we confirm and test the chosen product’s NFC and QR destination setup. Creating a Google profile or a menu page is a separate service.
Can I buy one and set it up myself?
Yes—the self-setup option is priced at £9.99 per current card/display, plus £2.99 UK delivery per order when the basket contains only self-setup cards. It is supplied unconfigured with instructions. We confirm product suitability and the setup before an order is agreed.
What if I don’t have a website for my menu?
You can use a simple hosted menu page without a full website. Menu hosting packages include the first 12 months. Renewal is £39/year from year two, including hosting and two small update batches of up to 10 text or price edits each. Extra batches cost £15. Redesigns, extra pages and custom domains are separately quoted.
Can I change the destination later?
It depends on the product and how its link is configured. A printed QR code keeps its encoded address; rewriting an NFC chip does not change that code. Tell us if future destination changes are important so we can agree the right setup.
Is this a subscription?
The physical cards are a one-off purchase. Hosted menu packages renew at £39/year after the included first year. This includes hosting and two small update batches per renewal year, up to 10 text or price edits each. Additional small batches cost £15; larger work is quoted. Unused update batches do not roll over.
Do I receive new cards or tags each year?
No—the annual renewal covers hosting and the included menu updates. Replacement and additional products are purchased separately. Renewing hosting customers can request 10% off replacement items; this excludes delivery and setup services and does not stack with product bundle offers. Faulty-item rights and support are handled separately.
Do you offer custom printing or metal signs?
Our current range covers the eight fixed designs shown. Custom logo printing and stainless steel products are not part of the current range.
Will it guarantee reviews or followers?
No. The product helps people reach your page; customers choose whether to review or follow. We invite honest feedback, with no review filtering or guaranteed ratings.
What about delivery, returns and payments?
Programmed items dispatch within 1–2 working days after payment and valid destination links/details are received. Setup packages dispatch after the new profile/menu is ready and approved. Carrier transit is additional. Review our ordering, delivery and cancellation terms. You can buy online through Stripe or contact us for help choosing your setup.
