Browsing and enquiries

Your basket uses browser session storage for product identifiers, options and quantities. A pending-checkout reference may be kept to avoid duplicate checkouts and clear the matching basket after payment. Enquiry buttons prepare a WhatsApp or email message for you to review and send yourself. Opening an enquiry button does not automatically send us your message.

Checkout and order records

When you open checkout, the shop records your selected products, quantities, public destination links, optional setup notes, order reference, amount and payment status. These records support stock reservations, programming and preparation, resolving enquiries and preventing duplicate orders. Please do not submit passwords, access codes or private documents in links or notes.

Stripe collects payment details, your checkout contact details and any required delivery address on its hosted payment page. This shop does not collect or store your full card number or security code. We can access relevant order and payment information in Stripe to supply your purchase and resolve payment issues.

Why information is used

We use information to respond to your request and arrange or supply a purchase, keep records where legally required, and operate a secure service with accurate stock and payment records. Depending on the purpose, this processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in security and preventing duplicate or fraudulent orders.

Providers and access

The shop runs on Sites hosting with Cloudflare-backed order storage. Owner access protects order and stock administration. Stripe processes payments; WhatsApp or your email provider processes messages you choose to send through them. Providers may process information outside the UK under their own transfer arrangements. How long records are kept

We keep enquiry and order information for as long as needed to handle your request, provide the service, resolve payment or delivery issues and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Basket and pending-checkout references use session storage rather than a permanent customer profile. No advertising tracker has been added to this shop code; hosting, sign-in and Stripe checkout may use their own essential security or session technologies.

Your rights

You can contact us to request access to or correction of your personal information, or ask about deletion, restriction, objection or portability where those rights apply. You can also raise a data protection concern with the ICO. Rights depend on the purpose and legal basis for processing.
