Our current setup
Our website application does not currently set analytics, advertising or preference cookies, or use browser local storage to track visitors. We do not load social-media feeds, advertising pixels or embedded maps. Social media and directions links take you to the relevant external service only when you click them.
Essential hosting
We observed Cloudflare’s __cf_bm security cookie on localtechman.com. It supports bot detection and protection, is marked Secure and HttpOnly, and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. Cloudflare describes it as necessary for its bot-protection service, not cross-site advertising tracking. Security challenges may use additional provider-managed cookies when triggered. Your choices
Optional analytics and advertising are currently not enabled in the website application, so there are no optional tracking preferences to accept. If we introduce technologies requiring consent, we will keep them blocked until you choose, provide clear accept, reject and category controls, and let you change your choice.
Your browser also lets you clear cookies or limit storage. Blocking essential storage may prevent some hosting or security functions working. The assistant conversation is held in page memory, rather than saved in local storage, and is sent for AI processing when you submit a message.
External services
WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram and other linked websites operate their own cookie and privacy controls. Read their notices when visiting them.
